Blaire: The Rockin' Painter

Another character design for *Mspugluver 's contest. This was the most interesting description which was wanted in a character: A cat, paint, headphones and neon colors. I enjoyed it, something different besides dragon. Cat anatomy is still in working progress. Hope y'all like it
